• Governance
Yingfa adheres to the principles of honesty and integrity, and employs a scientifically sound and comprehensive management system to strengthen internal compliance and risk control. The company actively promotes a culture of integrity, establishing a solid foundation for its high-quality development through high-standard regulations.
    Business Ethics and Anti-Corruption
Yingfa Ruineng upholds the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, and integrity in all business operations. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward unethical practices, including embezzlement, extortion, fraud, and money laundering. Beyond upholding our corporate ethical culture, we actively promote integrity and ethical conduct across the supply chain, working together to build a fair, transparent, and sustainable business ecosystem.
    Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery

Yingfa Ruineng actively fosters a culture of integrity and enhances employees' awareness of ethical conduct. The company has developed multiple internal regulations, including the "Anti-Corruption Control Procedures," "Employee Handbook," and "Integrity and Ethical Conduct Management Regulations," which clearly define the professional ethics and business conduct expected of employees. During the reporting period, all employees signed the "Integrity and Self-Discipline Commitment" and regularly received training and education on business ethics, helping to create a transparent and upright corporate operating environment.

    Conflict of Interest Prevention

Yingfa Ruineng is committed to avoiding conflicts of interest in business activities by embedding compliance requirements into decision-making processes. Employees are required to make reasonable decisions and promptly report any potential conflicts of interest to the Compliance Department. This shift from passively responding to risks to proactively building a compliance ecosystem helps ensure long-term, sustainable development.

    Supplier Ethics and Integrity

Yingfa Ruineng requires all business partners — including suppliers — to comply with applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations, adhere to business ethics, and regulate their business conduct in line with high ethical standards. Our "Supplier Code of Business Conduct and Ethics" explicitly prohibits business partners, whether through their employees, subcontractors, or agents, from offering, promising, or providing any improper benefit to Yingfa Ruineng employees for the purpose of obtaining orders or other preferential treatment.

    Confidentiality Agreements

Yingfa Ruineng strictly complies with relevant privacy, data protection, and information security laws and regulations. We sign "Confidentiality Agreement" with employees, suppliers, and partners to ensure the privacy of all business associates is effectively safeguarded.

    Enhanced Oversight and Whistleblowing Mechanisms

Yingfa Ruineng's Audit Department regularly briefs management and the Board of Directors on investigations into potential misconduct, ensuring that our operations meet ethical and compliance standards. We provide real-name and anonymous reporting channels — including telephone, email, postal mail, and WeCom — to encourage stakeholders to report suspected misconduct or unlawful activities. These mechanisms help the company effectively prevent and mitigate risks such as accounting fraud, audit irregularities, money laundering, bribery, and environmental crimes.

We have also prepared and published a stand-alone "Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy" that applies to all employees, reaffirming our commitment to strict compliance with anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws and regulations in China, as well as in the countries where our business partners and other stakeholders are located.
    Business Ethics Audit
Yingfa Ruineng is committed to strengthening business ethics management. Each year, the Audit Department conducts audits on the business ethics compliance of key risk departments, monitoring their adherence to ethical standards. In addition, a comprehensive review of all business lines is carried out at least once every three years to ensure full compliance with business ethics requirements. In 2024, the Audit Department conducted business ethics audits on Yingfa Deyao and Yingfa Dekun, covering areas such as environmental protection, anti-corruption, conflict of interest, fair competition, and employee rights, effectively managing potential business ethics risks in the course of operations.
    Business Ethics Training

Yingfa Ruineng regards the cultivation of a culture of integrity and the enhancement of compliance capabilities as key objectives of corporate governance. All senior management, along with all employees, are required to participate in business ethics training organized by the Audit Department on a semiannual basis. This program covers all employees of Deyao, Dekun, and the Indonesia operations, including middle and senior management, frontline managers, and operational staff.

The training is tailored to different levels and job functions, delivering comprehensive guidance on anti-corruption policies and prohibiting misconduct such as embezzlement and bribery. It ensures that compliance awareness is deeply embedded in every business process and role execution. All participants are also required to sign the "Integrity and Self-Discipline Agreement", reinforcing their full understanding of, and strict adherence to, the company's code of business ethics.
