Yingfa Ruineng is a world-leading professional manufacturer of photovoltaic (PV) cells. Since its establishment in 2016, we have been focusing on the R&D, production and sales of PV cells. Guided by customer needs, our products sold to the global market cover both P-type and N-type cells. Meanwhile, building on our industry-leading position in N-type TOPCon cells, we are laying out the technical route for the next-generation N-type xBC cells. According to the 2025 global PV cell shipment ranking released by the authoritative institution InfoLink Consulting, we are the world's second-largest specialized manufacturer of N-type TOPCon cells.
We are a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specialized in sophisticated technologies and innovative products, honored with the highest 5A1 credit rating awarded by Dun & Bradstreet, a globally authoritative commercial information service organization. We have also been selected as the "Polaris Cup" Annual Influential PV Cell Brand and PVBL2023 Most Growth-Oriented PV Brand, and participated in the compilation of multiple national industry standards in China. In addition, our PV cell products have obtained certifications such as the French Carbon Footprint Certification and TÜV Süd Certification, demonstrating outstanding competitiveness in the global photovoltaic market.

2024
The Indonesia production base was established, marking a solid step in our global strategy.
In December 2024, we signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the 16GW HPBC solar cell production project with the Yibin High-Tech Industrial Park Management Committee and the Group’s major clients, concurrently initiating the third-phase construction of the Yibin production base.

2023
The second phase of the 10GW N-type TOPCon solar cell project at the Yibin production base commenced construction in April 2023. We expanded into the monocrystalline silicon rod business through our subsidiary Yibin Yingfa Dekun Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yingfa Dekun”). In July 2023, the second phase of the Yibin production base commenced operation, while the fourth phase commenced construction. The fourth phase produced its first monocrystalline silicon rod in December 2023. Yingfa Desheng was certified as a “High-Tech Enterprise” by Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Anhui Provincial Department of Finance, and Anhui Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration.

Signed a cooperation agreement with the Yibin Municipal People’s Government in April 2022, and established Yibin Yingfa Deyao Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yingfa Deyao) in June 2022, becoming the first solar photovoltaic enterprise to settle in Yibin. The first phase of the 20GW high-efficiency solar cell project at the Yibin production base commenced operation in November 2022.

Recognized as a “National Specialized, Elaborative, Characteristic, and Emerging ‘Little Giant’ (small and medium-sized) Enterprise” by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China.

The subsidiary Anhui Yingfa Desheng Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yingfa Desheng”) was established in June 2020, demonstrating the Group’s strategic layout in large-scale solar cell production lines.
